Lionstone Language Consulting is deeply committed to the privacy and confidentiality of our clients, customers, and users. Especially given the sensitivity of some language access work, we have intentionally constructed our business and website to collect as little user data as possible. We utilize a cookie banner, which requires visitors to our site to opt in to cookies for tracking and analytics. Unless a visitor chooses to accept tracking, no visitor data is gathered. Lionstone Language Consulting does not sell, lease, or otherwise monetize any data from our clients, customers, or users. 
 
All conversations about potential language access work are conducted via email, and we use ProtonMail to provide a fully encrypted email service to protect privacy and confidentiality in transit. All documents are stored on fully encrypted servers.
